Co-founder, Product Owner and Director of Innovation - As Co-Founder, Product Owner and Director of Innovation, I owned the evolution of the product as well as the innovation consulting arm of the business that ensured beta user success.

- Designed and developed Doable MVP in under 5 months – worked with development and design teams to ensure the product was meeting all feature requirements and the product vision
- Received industry recognition for our work advancing internal innovation and entrepreneurship – Doable was mentioned in Forbes, Inc., and PSFK publications. I was also asked to speak at conferences like Millennial 2020 and DisruptHR
- Led all enterprise marketing and business development – sold and setup our most engaged enterprise clients (notably A+E Networks and Macy’s) ensuring a good track record and proof of value proposition; as of January 2017, Doable had over 350 corporate accounts (among them Ikea, McKinsey, Bayer, and ACLU)
- Consulted clients through the innovation process to bring to market their innovations – worked with client R&D, innovation teams, and management to bring innovations to market for Macy’s and A+E

Co:Venture Investment Lead – As Investment lead I was tasked with building the venture division with co:collective leadership by creating new processes and tools for day-to-day operations, managing portfolio company relationships, and directing strategies for portfolio growth

- Led a series B round of financing for Grind, a co-working startup – worked with management from Co:collective and Grind to come to deal terms; currently Grind is in three cities supporting over 500 members, earning $4 million in annual rev (as of 2016), and has Verizon as a partner
- Closed a $750,000 deal with Music Prodigy, a music learning application – completed financial analysis and valuation of the business, and negotiated a deal for 8% stake in the company in return for consulting services
- Secured investment to build a prototype of the Doable software – designed and pitched Doable to leadership of Co:collective, resulting in a $400,000 dollar investment to build an MVP of the software
- Advised portfolio companies on product and business strategy – worked with management to refine product functionality and advance the customer experience to reach investor goals
Senior Strategy Consultant – As a Senior Strategy Consultant, I led the development of business strategy, brand story, and product innovation for 21st century CMOs and CEOs. Co Collective is a management consulting company that specializes in business growth.

- Built and launched Amplify Education and within 11 months – conducted deep consumer research, and market analysis to define opportunity areas with key stakeholders and the c-suite. Within six months of launch Amplify was voted the fifth most innovative company in education
- Designed innovation strategy and concepts for a national retail chain – Developed the future vision of the business and concepts that would bring that vision to life, projected to increase revenue by ~2% or $350 million in five years
- Completed over 13 client engagements, totaling close to $20 million in business for Co:collective - worked across multiple industries, including but not limited to software, retail, food & beverage, manufacturing, co-working, education, entertainment, and banking
Charity: water is a non-profit organization that provides clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. The organization was founded in 2006 and has helped over 6.1 million people.
Digital Marketing Strategist – responsible for campaign management, contributor growth strategies, and brand execution
